The process of pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood can be both profound and beautiful. This experience can be enhanced even further through regular practice of yoga and meditation, as it helps mothers-to-be maintain a stable body, a still mind and balanced emotions. By cultivating a joyful pregnancy, one paves the way for a vibrant life for their child. The practices offered by Isha will aid in relieving back pain, tension and anxiety throughout the pregnancy and during delivery. With a focus on over all health and wellbeing, this workshop will nurture positivity and offer support to enhance the lives of both the mother and child.

When attending the workshop, please ensure you are on a light stomach.

<p>Please note that attendance on all days is mandatory. Please come on a light stomach condition: Finish a meal 2 and a half hours prior to the class, cigarette 1.5 hours before the class or a beverage 1 hour before the class.</p> <p>Due to the nature of the practices taught, there are some contraindications. People who fall under any of the below categories are not eligible to participate at this time:</p> <ul> <li>Anyone who has had a major open surgery within the last 6 months</li> <li>Anyone who has had a laparoscopic surgery or any severe muscular injury within the last 6 weeks</li> <li>As a general note, always consult and follow your doctor’s advice. </li> </ul>
