Isha Hata Yoga Teachers

Isha Hata Yoga teachers have undergone an intensive 6-months training programme at the Isha Yoga Center situated at the foothills of the sacred Velliangiri Mountains in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, Southern India. Established by Sadhguru as a sacred space for self transformation, the Isha Yoga Center provides an atmosphere conducive for any spiritual seeker. The Center houses many elements that make it a place of tremendous energy and dynamism.

The intensive training process focused on establishing awareness and experiential understanding of the yogic practices in the teachers through a step-by-step rigorous training in methodology and in conducting programs.

C’est une forme de Hatha Yoga Classique très dynamique pour revigorer le corps et atteindre une forme physique maximum. Angamardana se compose de 31 mouvements pratiqués debout, accroupi, assis et allongé.

Il convient parfaitement à ceux qui recherchent une pratique de fitness complète qu’ils pourraient effectuer chez eux, sur leur lieu d’entrainement, en intérieur ou en extérieur.

Pratiqué régulièrement, Angamardana prépare le corps à des pratiques sportives où endurance et vivacité d’action sont primordiales, car il permet entre autre d’améliorer significativement le rythme cardiaque, la pression sanguine, la concentration et la force.

L’apprentissage d’Angamardana ne nécessite pas de pratique préalable du yoga ou d’autres activités physiques.

La durée de la pratique diminuera avec sa maitrise.

The word asana literally means a posture. Out of the innumerable asanas a body can assume, 84 have been identified as Yogasanas, through which one can transform the body and mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being.
 
Yogasanas are not exercises, but rather very subtle processes to manipulate one’s energy in a particular direction.
Benefits of Yogasanas include:
  • Relief of chronic health conditions
  • Evolution of body and mind towards a higher possibility
  • Stabilization of the body, mind, and energy system
  • Deceleration of the aging process
This program is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike, anyone above the age of 14.
Due to the nature of the practices, the program is not suitable for:
  • pregnant women
  • those with hernia
  • if you have been in a major surgery in the past 6 months

Please inform the teacher of any other ailments or injuries you might have prior to the program.

« Bhuta » – les éléments ,  « Shuddhi » – purifier

La base de toute la création, votre corps compris est composée de 5 éléments: l’eau, la terre, le feu, l’air et l’espace. Le processus le plus fondamental de la science du yoga est appelé Bhuta Shuddhi. Bhuta signifie l’élément, Pancha Bhuta, les 5 éléments; Shuddhi signifie purifier.
Aujourd’hui la science est très proche de confirmer ce qui est, dans le système yogique, un fait bien établi que les éléments communiquent entre eux et s’incorporent. Quand vous faites Bhuta Shuddhi, vous essayez d’influencer la façon dont les éléments terre, eau, air, feu fonctionnent en vous. Quand vous prenez l’eau, cette eau communique avec la dimension eau en vous.

Il est important de mettre un peu de votre conscience dans les éléments. Bhuta Shuddhi est un processus unique de sensibilisation de tout votre système aux éléments et de gratitude envers ce qui nous constitue physiquement et mentalement. C’est un processus d’éveil à l’aube de chaque nouvelle journée; notre premier acte en toute conscience.

Surya Kriya is a potent yogic practice of tremendous antiquity designed as a holistic process for health, wellness and complete inner wellbeing.
“Surya” means sun, and “Kriya” means inner energy process. Surya Kriya activates the solar plexus within the system and balances a person’s energies, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind. This strong foundation becomes the basis to explore higher dimensions of life.

Traditionally available only to select groups of yogis, Surya Kriya is being offered by Sadhguru as a comprehensive spiritual practice that is ideal for the hectic pace of today’s world.

Surya Kriya includes several aspects that enrich one’s life:

  • Develops mental clarity and focus
  • Remedies weak constitutions
  • Boosts vigor and vitality
  • Balances hormonal levels in the body
  • Prepares one for deeper states of meditation
  • Enhances the elements and benefits of Surya Namaskar (if already practicing it)

Surya Kriya is different from Surya Namaskar in that the original practice or the real practice is Surya Kriya. It is a way of aligning yourself with the sun and it is a much more refined process which needs enormous attention in terms of the geometry of the body. Surya Namaskar is a country cousin of Surya Kriya. There is also another process called Surya Shakti, which is a far-off relative. If you want to use this system as just a physical exercise to build muscle, to become physically strong, you do Surya Shakti. If you want to build muscle, be physically fit, you want to do aerobic exercise where your heart becomes strong and you also want to have a spiritual element in it, you do Surya Namaskar. If you want a strong spiritual process in the physical process that you are doing, then you do Surya Kriya.
