Isha Hata Yoga Teachers

Isha Hata Yoga teachers have undergone an intensive 6-months training programme at the Isha Yoga Center situated at the foothills of the sacred Velliangiri Mountains in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, Southern India. Established by Sadhguru as a sacred space for self transformation, the Isha Yoga Center provides an atmosphere conducive for any spiritual seeker. The Center houses many elements that make it a place of tremendous energy and dynamism.

The intensive training process focused on establishing awareness and experiential understanding of the yogic practices in the teachers through a step-by-step rigorous training in methodology and in conducting programs.

ISHA UPA-YOGA

Cominceremo un processo molto efficace chiamato Upa-Yoga. È un semplice ma potente sistema di pratiche che attivano le articolazioni, i muscoli, ed il sistema energetico.
Basato su una comprensione sofisticata della meccanica del corpo, Upa-Yoga apporta una grande scioltezza a tutto il sistema.

SURYA SHAKTI

È progettata come un vero processo olistico per ottenere una grande forma fisica. “Surya” significa “Sole” e “Shakti” significa “energia”. Surya Shakti apporta una grande forma fisica e dona forza.

Surya Shakti include diversi aspetti che arricchiscono la vita di una persona:

  • Migliora l’immunità
  • Rafforza i muscoli
  • Tonifica il sistema digestivo

YOGASANAS

La parola asana letteralmente significa postura. Delle innumerevoli asana che un corpo può assumere, 84 sono state identificate come classiche Yogasanas, con la loro pratica si possono trasformare il corpo e la mente verso uno stato di massimo benessere. Forgiando consapevolmente il corpo in una certa postura, si crea un passaggio favorevole per il flusso dell’energia che può elevare quindi la consapevolezza.

Yogasanas rappresentano un metodo per regolare il sistema interno e allinearlo alla geometria celeste, raggiungendo la sincronia con l’esistenza, raggiungendo così naturalmente uno stato di salute, gioia, beatitudine, e soprattutto di equilibrio.

La pratica di Yogasanas dona innumerevoli benefici incluso:

  • Evoluzione del corpo e della mente verso una potenzialità più elevata

This strong foundation becomes the basis to explore higher dimensions of life.

The word ‘Asana’ literally means a posture. Out of the innumerable asanas a body can assume, 84 have been identified as ‘Yogasanas’, through which one can transform the body and mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being.

​Yogasanas are not exercises, but rather very subtle processes to manipulate one’s energy in a particular direction. Hatha Yoga is offered as a set of 36 powerful postures, or yogasanas, to enable the system to sustain higher dimensions of energy.

This profound science enhances how one thinks, feels, and experiences life. Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, thereby becoming in sync with the existence and naturally achieving a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and above all, balance.
