Isha Hata Yoga Teachers

Isha Hata Yoga teachers have undergone an intensive 6-months training programme at the Isha Yoga Center situated at the foothills of the sacred Velliangiri Mountains in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, Southern India. Established by Sadhguru as a sacred space for self transformation, the Isha Yoga Center provides an atmosphere conducive for any spiritual seeker. The Center houses many elements that make it a place of tremendous energy and dynamism.

The intensive training process focused on establishing awareness and experiential understanding of the yogic practices in the teachers through a step-by-step rigorous training in methodology and in conducting programs.

Upcoming Independent Teacher Classes

Free Yoga for Total Health & Fitness @ Hamilton House, Bristol
Aug 27 @ 5:15 pm – 6:15 pm

This is a free offering of 21 classes on Tuesdays after work, taking you gently towards total health & fitness through energetic forms of yoga.

We shall be teaching powerful ancient yogic practices:  Angamardhana and Surya Shakti, starting gently and gradually increasing the challenge as your fitness and flexibility increases.

By the end of 21 weeks, you will have yogic fitness routines that you can practice at home, to whatever extent you wish, with no equipment other than a yoga mat.

Till 4th September, we are offering 2 hours Isha Hatha Yoga sessions on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings for the hugely discounted rate of 35 chf for 2 hours. The programme is varied, and allows you to experience many aspects of yoga.

Angamardhana is a dynamic system of exercise rooted in yoga.
Without needing a gym subscription, weights or machines, you can learn how to combine strength with flexibility, energise the system and take years off the body.
Angamardhana revitalizes the body on all levels, including the muscles, blood circulation, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system.

Standing practices

Squatting and sitting practices

Lying down practices

After completing these 3 sessions, you will be eligible to join the Review and Completion session.

This practice is suitable for those aged 8+

We shall be using meditations created by Sadhguru of Isha Foundation, to enhance your life by harnessing the power of the mind.

Angamardana, sistem vežbi koji svoje korene pronalazi u jogi, nudi mogućnost svima da ojačaju telo i dostignu vrhunsko fizičko i mentalno zdravlje.

Angamardana znači postići potpunu kontrolu nad udovima, organima i drugim delovima tela. Ovaj sistem vežbi revitalizuje telo na svim nivoima uključujući mišićni i vaskularni sistem, skeletnu strukturu, nervni sistem i osnovni energetski sistem. Ojačava kičmu, gradi fizičku snagu i istrajnost, podmladjujući telo.

Sa vežbama koje je kreirao Sadguru, Angamardana ne zahteva nikakvu fitnes opremu. Za ovaj sistem vežbi potrebno je samo ljudsko telo i može biti praktikovana bilo gde. Čak i tokom putovanja.

Redovno praktikovanje Angamardane revitalizuje telo na mnogo načina:

– ojačava kičmu, skeletni i mišićni sistem
– gradi fizičku snagu i istrajnost
– podmlađuje i donosi osećaj lakoće i slobode

Nije potrebno predznanje joge, niti posebna agilnost. Na kraju programa bićete obučeni da vežbate kući sami, u vreme kada vama odgovara.
