Simha Kriya is a simple process designed by Sadhguru to boost your immunity and enhance your wellbeing.

Conditions for the practice:

  1. Somewhat hungry. Ideally, give 2.5 hours space from your last meal.
  2. If you're below 6 years of age, or above 70, please do the breathing 12 times.
  3. People who have experienced a brain haemorrhage or tumor must only do the breathing 12 times.
