The quality of what we consume influences our body and mind. In the Yogic tradition, food is alive with a prana of its own.

Based on Sadhguru’s insights on gastronomics, the first part of the workshop will focus on classification of different foods, their nourishment value and their role in digestion. The second half will comprise of preparing simple and yet highly nutritious dishes using easily available ingredients. Simply getting a few fundamentals right will make a big difference in ensuring a vibrant and energetic lifestyle.
