Children Program details: Isha Yoga for Children 

Jan 30th : 9:00am – 10:30am &  5:00pm – 6:30pm
Jan 31st  : 9:00am – 10:45am

Please note that attendance for all sessions is mandatory.

Age Limit – 8-14 years

Due to the nature of the practices taught, there are some contraindications. Children who fall under any of the below categories are not eligible to participate at this time:

• If they have had a major open surgery within the last 6 months
• If they have had a laparoscopic surgery or any severe muscular injury within the last 6 weeks
