An opportunity to immerse yourself in four ancient and powerful practices that bring strength and ease the whole system. Whether you are new to Isha Yoga, or have attended Isha programmes before, this is an opportunity for all; an invitation to inner transformation through classical Hatha Yoga. The transformation will not only be on the level of your body, but in the way you are.The programme takes place in the London centre over the 27th of April until the 17th of May from 7:00pm – 9:30pm everyday and covers the following practices:
Upa Yoga: A simple yet powerful set of 10 practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system.
Angamardhana: A series of 31 processes to invigorate the body, and reach peak physical fitness and mental health.Surya Kriya: A potent 21-step yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health and inner wellbeing.
Yogasanas: A way of aligning in the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, balancing the system and elevating consciousness.For those unable to attend the full 21 Day programme, a 12 Day option is also on offer. This shorter programme includes: Upa Yoga, Surya Kriya and Yogasanas. Both options include 3 follow up Hatha Yoga review sessions.This is the first time Europe is receiving both this programme, and Upa Yoga as a formalised practice.
