Yogasanas – Guided Correction Session
If you have already learnt Yogasanas and would like to refresh your practice or restart it, this is an opportunity to revisit the practice once again. You will get the opportunity to be guided through the practice. there are no demonstrations in this session so if you cannot remember the practice at all, this session may not be suitable. This will be a great way to prepare for Samyama as well.
Pre-requisite – Must have already learnt Yogasanas
