If you have already learnt Surya Kriya and would like to refresh your practice or restart it, this is an opportunity to revisit the practice once again. You will get the opportunity to be guided through the practice and go through all of the steps with general corrections.
Note: There are no demonstrations in this session so if you cannot remember the practice at all, this session may not be suitable.
