Eye Care Yoga are a set of practices which help with correcting or preventing issues with one’s eyesight. Especially in case of Myopia & Hyperopia. These are practices which Sadhguru taught himself over a period of time and are a natural way to help correct and exercise the eyes. This course includes Shanmukhi Mudra & Aumkar.
