Jala Neti & Bhastrika Kriya

Jala Neti is a process of cleansing the nasal passages with salt water. This allows breathing to become free so that air can enter the lungs unimpeded by mucus and dirt which easily builds up during the day. Benefits include:
- Prevents and helps with respiratory tract diseases like asthma, pneumonia, bronchitis.

Bhastrika Kriya is a powerful way of breathing. It purifies the blood, so naturally one will breathe better. With the expansion of the lung capacity and the relaxing of the whole system, the need for breath comes down. This can help to release the symptoms for the following conditions: asthma, allergy, sinusitis, diabetes, hormonal imbalance and skin diseases.

Suitable for 14 years old and above
Jala Neti pot is provided during the class. After the session, you can keep the pot for your own practice at home.
Please note that Bhastrika Kriya is not suitable for anyone who has vertigo.
Surya Kriya in English – Darmstadt – April 22/23, 2023
“Surya” means “sun,” and “kriya” means “inner energy process.” Surya Kriya activates the solar plexus to raise the samat prana, or solar heat, in the system. It also balances a person’s left and right energy channels, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind. This strong foundation becomes the basis to explore higher dimensions of life.
The practice of Surya Kriya provides countless benefits including:

Yogasanas Session (Advanced Asanas)
– Darmstadt – April 22, 2023
Prerequisite: This session is for those that have already learned the Beginner’s Isha Yogasanas postures.
Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, becoming in sync with existence.
In our Advanced Yogasanas workshop, you will learn the Sarvangasana Series (5 asanas), Spinal Twist Variations (3 asanas) and Mandukasana (Mayurasana is not included in this session). We will start by practicing and refining the asanas learned in the beginners workshop, then move into learning and integrating the advanced postures.

Yogasanas in English – Darmstadt – April 29 / 30, 2023
The word asana literally means a posture. Out of the innumerable asanas a body can assume, 84 have been identified as Yogasanas, through which one can transform the body and mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being. By consciously forming the body into a certain posture, one creates a conducive passage for energy flow that can elevate one’s consciousness.
Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, becoming in sync with the existence, thus naturally achieving a state of health, joy, bliss and above all balance.
The practice of Yogasanas provides countless benefits including:
- Relief of chronic health conditions
- Evolution of body and mind towards a higher possibility
- Stabilization of the body, mind, and energy system
- Deceleration of the aging process
The workshop taught in such a way that you can practice it on your own soon after completing the 4 sessions.
You will learn a set of 21 powerful postures.

Yogasanas Correction Session – Darmstadt – April 29, 2023
Prerequisite: This session is for those that have already taken the Isha Yogasanas Workshop and are practicing at home.
Join us for a 2.5 hour session to get your postures aligned and perfected.
The Yogasanas Correction Session is an opportunity to deepen your practice, ask questions and look at how your asanas are developing. We will guide you in the full sequence, give you personal corrections and ensure that you leave empowered with a more balanced and refined practice.
Not suitable for pregnant women or those with serious back problems. People who have had surgery within the last 6 months, have back, neck, leg or hip problems or have had an artificial joint replacement, please consult a doctor before registering.
