Children’s Surya Shakti in Brussels : 9-10-11 June 2023
The Hatha Yoga for Children Program introduces yoga to children, led through an exploration of fun, love and joy, allowing each child to develop and live in optimal health and inner peace. Participants of Children’s programs often experience enhanced concentration, memory and focus, as well as improved mind-body coordination. The program consists of an introduction to yoga practice including a few simple, life-enhancing asanas.
The practices learnt help :
-Prevent obesity, asthma, sinusitis and other chronic ailments.
-Develop a simple daily practice regimen.
-Enhance memory and concentration.
-Improve mind-body co-ordination.
Registration is mandatory.
Open to children between 7 to 13 years old.
